- The energy Assistance Program will begin accepting applications for assistance for Homebound and/or Seniors on November 1st. Others can apply on December 2nd. Funds are limited so apply early. Rockdale County homebound and senior residents can schedule an appointment to apply here:https://pcaction.org/
